Slow and steady wins the race

Following up to last post, Jack and I were set to run a race as individuals. A right of passage where we ran at our own pace for the first time.

But things didn’t exactly unfold as planned.

A rite of passage

In 2018, I started trail running. I was in an intense breakdown of my life. A total reset, after a divorce which happened suddenly and unexpectedly. Shocked and dismembered.

Tribute to Roger

This song was recorded during a mediatation focused on Roger right around the time he was unplugged from life support, and I felt his presence so strongly.
